Neighbourhood Retail Center, Jumeirah
The project comprised the construction and maintenance work of a one-level retail shopping center with a buildup area of 8,500 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included full construction and maintenance of the building, including all structural steel and metalwork, concrete work, finishes, aluminum, glazing work, signage, boundary walls, soft and hard landscaping, external paving work, decorative and architectural metalwork, MEP work, internal and external lighting.
S19 Hotel-Al Jaddaf
The Works comprise the construction and maintenance of (3B+G+13) Office/Hotel Building on Plot No. 326-1068 at Al Jadaf- Dubai. The project consists of Three basements mainly of Car Parking and Technical Rooms; the Ground and First Floor consisting of Retails, Administrative Offices & Restaurant; 2nd to 4th Typical floor consisting of Offices; the 5th to the 12th Floor consists of Standard Hotel Suites and a Gym at the 13th floor. The total BUA of the project is 118,043 sqft.
Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta
The scope of the main contract comprises the construction, testing, and commissioning of the Ibn Battuta Mall expansion – Hotel including all external works. The new Hotel consists of GF+2 parking floors+1 facilities floor+15 typical floors+Roof and Upper Roof floors with a total built-up area of approximately 26,000 m2.
Commercial Building on Plot No. JVC10CMRM001
The construction, maintenance and full completion of the Building structure, finishing, MEP works, aluminium and glazing, waterproofing, elevators, swimming pools landscaping and all ancillaries. The Building comprises Ground + 3 Parking + 9 Typical Floor + Roof with a total built-up area of approximately 17,344 m². This project was partially carried out by another Contractor and awarded to us for full completion of the remaining works for a total value of AED 37,600,000.00. Completion period is 7 months reckoned from date of full possession of site.
Police Station and Barracks
The project comprises the construction of a B+G+3 floor Police Station with a Built area of 4,860 sq m and the construction of B+G+7 floor Barracks with a built area of 4,543 sq m. PIC’s scope of work includes the structure construction works, MEP works, Low current systems, landscape, finishing works, metal, aluminum, and glazing work, shooting range, lifts, facade cleaning cradles, pavement, external works, and boundary wall.
Civil Defense Building
This project consisted of the execution of five separate civil defense buildings located in various regions of Al Ain province. These five (G+1) buildings varied in their built-up area which ranged from 8,625 sqm to 11,260 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included construction of all structures, MEP works, landscaping and finishing works, aluminum and glazing works, external works, and boundary walls.
Construction and Completion of Commercial/ Office Building for Union Co-Operative, Plot No.354-0942 - Al Quoz first, Dubai
The scope of the main contract comprises the construction, completion, maintenance, and remedying of any defects therein. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor which houses retail shops, and a first floor which houses offices, plus an open roof, comprising of a total built-up area of 10,470m2. PIC’s scope of work includes landscaping, shoring, basement, all structural work, waterproofing, post-tensioning, timber joinery, aluminum and glazing works, all MEP disciplines, and finishing work of all special trades.
Dubai Marina Mall and Hotel
The project consists of a hotel and serviced apartments (B+G+38), a retail outlet mall, which includes a cineplex, food court, gourmet restaurants, multistory building, and car parks. The hotel and apartments equal a total built-up area of approximately 24,000 sqm and the mall's total built-up area is 21,800 sqm. As a nominated subcontractor to ALEC, PIC’s scope of work included all finishing work (plaster, screed, stone works, tiling, false ceilings, smoke curtain, rolling shutters, architectural metalwork, and glazing, toilet partitions, and raised flooring).
lbn Battuta Shopping Mall New Expansion
This project comprises the construction and maintenance work of 3 Expansions known as A, B, & C. PIC constructed a tank and pump room and two substations with a total built-up area of 9360 sqm for Expansion A, and 9868 sqm for Expansion B along with underground water B and 12011 sqm for ExpansionC. PIC's scope of work includes piling, substructure, superstructure steel structural and ME, GRC decorative features, GRP cladding and theming, architectural, metal, and finishing work, and handover of the premises in an immaculate operational condition. This project also includes the relocation of all existing services and the upgrading of adjacent pavement.

This prestigious project with its unique design consists of a 3B+G+M+3+Roof floor office building with a built-up area of 18,777.49 sq m. PIC’s scope of works includes all piling, substructure, retaining walls to basements and all RCC works, steel structural works, MEP various trades and installations, low current systems, landscaping, and top-notch finishing works, aluminum and exclusive curtain wall system, glazing works, external works, etc… Being situated in an abnormally crucial location adjacent to main roads on two sides and abutting the existing TRA Building, the construction of this project was a formidable challenge.

This prestigious project with its unique design consists of a 3B+G+M+3+Roof floor office building with a built-up area of 18,777.49 sqm. PIC’s scope of work includes all piling, substructure, retaining walls to basements and all RCC works, steel structural works, MEP various trades and installations, the low current system, landscaping, and top-notch finishing work, aluminum, and exclusive curtain wall system, glazing work, and external work. This project was unique since it was situated in an abnormally crucial location adjacent to the main roads on two sides and abutting the TRA building, the construction of this project was a successful and rewarding challenge.
