Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club
This prestigious project comprised the construction of a Five-Star Hotel, 145 villas, 3 Staff and Management Accommodations buildings, 10 Horse Stables, Polo Academy, and other relevant facilities and amenities. The total built-up area of all buildings and facilities exceeded 121, 085 sqm.
PIC’s scope of construction involved the completion of the entire project including site works, structural works, masonry, waterproofing and insulation, finishing and decorative works, joinery, lifts, landscaping, mechanical and electrical works and the low current system, swimming pool, and infrastructure (potable water, firefighting, sewerage, and stormwater networks, external electrical cables, and ICT network), fencing and boundary wall and various facilities and services blocks.
MBR - Dubai Hills Estate Golf Club House
This project comprises the construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of the Golf Club House at the Dubai Hills Estate. It includes landscaping work and all finishing work and maintenance of the project. The Golf Club House includes external work, refreshment kiosks, and starter huts, other facilities, amenities, special items such as steam and sauna, carpet, timber flooring, and cladding stone, marble, and granite. The project consists of the (G+1) floors with a total built-up area of approximately 5,222 m2.
Neighbourhood Retail Center, Jumeirah
The project comprised the construction and maintenance work of a one-level retail shopping center with a buildup area of 8,500 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included full construction and maintenance of the building, including all structural steel and metalwork, concrete work, finishes, aluminum, glazing work, signage, boundary walls, soft and hard landscaping, external paving work, decorative and architectural metalwork, MEP work, internal and external lighting.
Emirates Identity Authority Service Point Building
This project consisted of a one-story concrete framed building with a built-up area of 4800 sqm housing offices, administration facilities, technical services, supporting facilities, and an atrium. PIC’s scope of work included all structures, MEP works, landscaping, external work, boundary wall, finishing work, aluminum and glazing work.
TP2 – G+3 Apartment Building on Plot no. 314-0138 (at Umm Hurair)
The project comprises the construction and completion of the remaining works of project no. 1000.0005 Apartment Building forming part of the project known as TP2 – Umm Hurair Development with a built-up area of 178,000 sq. ft.
Emirates Identity Authority Service Point Building
This project consisted of a one-story concrete framed building with a built-up area of 4800 sqm housing offices, administration facilities, technical services, supporting facilities, and an atrium. PIC’s scope of work included all structures, MEP works, landscaping, external work, boundary wall, finishing work, aluminum and glazing work.
Modon Views on Plot MU. P04
The scope of PIC’s main contract comprises the construction, completion, maintenance and remedying of this prestigious project. The project consists of B+G+6+R story residential apartments on plot MU. P04 with a total built-up area of 30,300 m2. PIC’s scope of work includes landscaping, structural work, all finishing work and specifically made items, electromechanical work including low current disciplines, aluminum and glazing work, metal and wooden joinery.
Construction and Completion of Commercial/ Office Building for Union Co-Operative, Plot No.354-0942 - Al Quoz first, Dubai
The scope of the main contract comprises the construction, completion, maintenance, and remedying of any defects therein. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor which houses retail shops, and a first floor which houses offices, plus an open roof, comprising of a total built-up area of 10,470m2. PIC’s scope of work includes landscaping, shoring, basement, all structural work, waterproofing, post-tensioning, timber joinery, aluminum and glazing works, all MEP disciplines, and finishing work of all special trades.
Commercial Building on Plot No. JVC10CMRM001
The construction, maintenance and full completion of the Building structure, finishing, MEP works, aluminium and glazing, waterproofing, elevators, swimming pools landscaping and all ancillaries. The Building comprises Ground + 3 Parking + 9 Typical Floor + Roof with a total built-up area of approximately 17,344 m². This project was partially carried out by another Contractor and awarded to us for full completion of the remaining works for a total value of AED 37,600,000.00. Completion period is 7 months reckoned from date of full possession of site.
