Police Station and Barracks
The project comprises the construction of a B+G+3 floor Police Station with a Built area of 4,860 sq m and the construction of B+G+7 floor Barracks with a built area of 4,543 sq m. PIC’s scope of work includes the structure construction works, MEP works, Low current systems, landscape, finishing works, metal, aluminum, and glazing work, shooting range, lifts, facade cleaning cradles, pavement, external works, and boundary wall.
Civil Defense Building
This project consisted of the execution of five separate civil defense buildings located in various regions of Al Ain province. These five (G+1) buildings varied in their built-up area which ranged from 8,625 sqm to 11,260 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included construction of all structures, MEP works, landscaping and finishing works, aluminum and glazing works, external works, and boundary walls.
TP2 – G+3 Apartment Building on Plot no. 314-0138 (at Umm Hurair)
The project comprises the construction and completion of the remaining works of project no. 1000.0005 Apartment Building forming part of the project known as TP2 – Umm Hurair Development with a built-up area of 178,000 sq. ft.
Modon Views on Plot MU. P04
The scope of PIC’s main contract comprises the construction, completion, maintenance and remedying of this prestigious project. The project consists of B+G+6+R story residential apartments on plot MU. P04 with a total built-up area of 30,300 m2. PIC’s scope of work includes landscaping, structural work, all finishing work and specifically made items, electromechanical work including low current disciplines, aluminum and glazing work, metal and wooden joinery.
MBR - Dubai Hills Estate Development Park Point on Plot 5AB - Remaining Works
Park Point is a residential development in MBR- Dubai Hills Estate Development consisting of Ten (10) floor, Four nos. Residential Towers (Towers A,B,C & D); consisting of 1 Bed Room, 2 Bed Room, 3 Bed Room & Duplex apartments; Ground Floor and First floor mainly of a retail component, lobby areas to access the residential towers together with back of house and services areas; parking areas and Recreational areas on top of the first floor supporting the residences. External works areas consisting primarily of soft and hard landscaped areas and swimming pools. The total BUA of the project is 674,874 sqft.
The Works comprise the carrying out and completion of the construction of Park Point, Plot 5AB, Remaining Works and the remedying of defects therein.
MBR - Dubai Hills Estate PA 03 - Parkway Vistas (61 No. Villas)
This prestigious project comprises the construction of 61 villas known as Parkway Vistas. The total built-up area of all villas exceeds 56,053 m2. PIC’s scope of work involves the completion of the entire project including site work, structural work, masonry, waterproofing and insulation, finishing and decorative work, joinery, lifts, landscaping, mechanical and electrical work and low current systems, swimming pool and infrastructure (portable water, firefighting, sewerage and stormwater networks, external electrical cables and ICT networks), fencing, boundary walls, various facilities and services blocks.
Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club
This prestigious project comprised the construction of a Five-Star Hotel, 145 villas, 3 Staff and Management Accommodations buildings, 10 Horse Stables, Polo Academy, and other relevant facilities and amenities. The total built-up area of all buildings and facilities exceeded 121, 085 sqm.
PIC’s scope of construction involved the completion of the entire project including site works, structural works, masonry, waterproofing and insulation, finishing and decorative works, joinery, lifts, landscaping, mechanical and electrical works and the low current system, swimming pool, and infrastructure (potable water, firefighting, sewerage, and stormwater networks, external electrical cables, and ICT network), fencing and boundary wall and various facilities and services blocks.
Remraam Project - Main Building Works - Sector 5 of Phase 4 Contract No: CON-MIZIN-006-2008
The project consisted of the construction of 24 residential buildings of various heights and types (G+5, G+6, G+7). PIC’s scope of work encompassed all aspects of construction, commissioning, and handover. The job was terminated by the Employer in the wake of the global financial crisis that also hit Dubai in the year 2009. The amount of work done by PIC was restricted to AED 200,437,398 as per the final settlement concluded with the property developer.
Palm Jumeirah Vilas - Fronds A, B, P
This prestigious project comprised the construction and maintenance of 284 luxury villas, ranging in respect of the built-up area of 350 sqm to 700 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included complete civil work, MEP systems, and MEP installations, waterproofing, decoration and finishing work, sanitary fixtures, swimming pools, and landscaping (soft and hard).
CENTARA Deira Islands Beach Resort
This prestigious project is a four-star beachfront resort and waterpark with an approximate built-up area of 52,000m². PIC’s scope of work comprises the construction of the main hotel building which includes 601 guest rooms as well a beach restaurant, swimming pool, and beautiful landscape areas.
Sir Bani Yas Island Priority Projects
The project comprised the construction and maintenance of 2 luxury resorts (Al Sahel and Al Yamm), a Conference Center, and a Water Sports Center. Each resort consists of 30 luxury villas and a public building. The Conference Center encompassed a Conference Hall, meeting rooms, and a business center. The Water Sports Center has food and beverage facilities and retail outlets. As a partner to Al Shafar Transport and Contracting Co. LLC (our sister company), PIC exclusively undertook the completion of the entire project including structural works, MEP works and systems, infrastructure and pavement, soft and hard landscaping and finishing works, metal, aluminum and glazing works etc…

Dubai Marina Mall and Hotel
The project consists of a hotel and serviced apartments (B+G+38), a retail outlet mall, which includes a cineplex, food court, gourmet restaurants, multistory building, and car parks. The hotel and apartments equal a total built-up area of approximately 24,000 sqm and the mall's total built-up area is 21,800 sqm. As a nominated subcontractor to ALEC, PIC’s scope of work included all finishing work (plaster, screed, stone works, tiling, false ceilings, smoke curtain, rolling shutters, architectural metalwork, and glazing, toilet partitions, and raised flooring).
Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall New Expansion
This project comprises the construction and maintenance work of 3 Expansions known as A, B, & C. PIC constructed a tank and pump room and two substations with a total built-up area of 9360 sqm for Expansion A, and 9868 sqm for Expansion B along with underground water B and 12011 sqm for ExpansionC. PIC's scope of work includes piling, substructure, superstructure steel structural and ME, GRC decorative features, GRP cladding and theming, architectural, metal, and finishing work, and handover of the premises in an immaculate operational condition. This project also includes the relocation of all existing services and the upgrading of adjacent pavement.
Neighbourhood Retail Center, Jumeirah
The project comprised the construction and maintenance work of a one-level retail shopping center with a buildup area of 8,500 sqm. PIC’s scope of work included full construction and maintenance of the building, including all structural steel and metalwork, concrete work, finishes, aluminum, glazing work, signage, boundary walls, soft and hard landscaping, external paving work, decorative and architectural metalwork, MEP work, internal and external lighting.
