The Contractor's  scope  under  these  projects  is  to  complete  the  remaining works  of  construction,  commissioning  and  maintenance  of  the  building  including  but  not limited  to  structural  works,  electromechanical  works,  lifts,  internal  and  external  finishes, interior designs, civil-infrastructure and landscaping works.
