This project comprises the construction of a Police Station with a B+G+3 floor with a built-up area of 4,860 sqm, and the construction of Barracks with a B+G+7 floor with a built-up area of 4,543 sqm. PIC’s scope of work includes the structure construction works, MEP work, low current systems, landscape, finishing work, metal, aluminum, and glazing work, shooting range, lifts, facade cleaning cradles, pavement, external works, and boundary wall.
